Returns & Exchanges
At Tropic Muse, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.
If your bikini doesn’t fit as expected, you may exchange it for:
- A different size of the same style (subject to availability), or
- A different bikini of equal value (subject to availability).
Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 10 days of your exchange request being approved.
Customers are responsible for both the cost of returning the item to us and the cost of shipping the replacement item to them, including when exchanging for a different size. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- With the hygiene sticker intact
- With all original tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
Please allow 5–10 business days from the time we receive your return for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you by email once your exchange has been completed.
Sale Items
All sale items and purchases made using a discount code are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
